the last left wing violence that i can recall was committed by the weathermen and - at least in name - the symbionese liberation army. this was a looong time ago. of course, more recently there were those lefty occupy people who put their faces in front of the police's pepper spray. funny, i can't recall any right wing tea party people getting pepper sprayed....

iTulipers, this is why we can't move forward politically, all of us here are pretty much on the "same side" yet we let our historical political leanings seeth out creating the animosity between us.

We must get past this emotional feeling because we know both parties are on the same side just cloaked in different veils of hypocrisy.

Read what you guys are writing, you are actually arguing over which side the right or the left has killed more people in history and which one is doing the most "killing" now.

It is absurd, a completed exercise in propaganda from the true locus of power.

If we can't get past this, the ones who know both parties are the same side of the coin, how do we expect the masses to?

Perkins is an idiot.

As for left and right violence, my comments merely were to counter a post that called right leaning viewpoints fascism which is just as absurd as saying the communists are in power. There are nut cases out there on both sides, but very little violence out there. Don't overreact.

Agree with POZ: both parties are at fault and Itulip has a solution that can work.
