I would love it if it was either thicker or came in a measured pump dispenser. It's too precious to waste.

Making the toothpaste a bit more viscous seems like the simplest solution. That's the biggest complaint everyone has and I have 6-8 friends using it now. The 2nd issue I've heard more than once is that it's not "minty" enough. I don't really care about that but apparently American toothpaste companies have sold that "fresh" feeling hard enough that people respond to it.

I leave the tube on its side and when I want to use it, I flip open the top, hold the tube over my brush, give the tube a little jiggle to let the gel inside the tube to fall toward the opening (you can feel a light "thud" when this occurs), and then gently squeeze the tube. In general, I have found that storing the tube standing on its cap makes it easier to lose product as some tends to squirt out when you open it after the gel has settled near the opening.

Increasing viscosity probably would be the simplest solution. Edit: Or maybe making the hole in the tube much smaller, but then it would probably clog...

The fact that it isn't strongly flavored is a virtue in my book. I can't stand strong flavor additives and odors, especially if they're artificial, but I seem to be in a minority.

Be kinder than necessary because everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.

Re: Comments on Livionex Dental Gel (Toothpaste)

I am looking at being a new customer so if I may ask to Rajiv and itulip friends--
My wife has a pocket that is close to 9mm. My dentist is saying lets give this 3 months before laser surgery.
I noted study 4 shows efficacy with pockets less than 4mm but nothing with pockets >4mm.
Will this have any positive efficacy with pockets greater than 4mm or even 9mm? Anyone have positive results with Livionex with pockets greater than 4mm.

Second- the first ingredient is a sulfonlybismethane. What is the purpose of this ingredient?
            Thank you
            Joe

We are working on a solution to the issue. We will be bringing out a pump version. The exact time frame is yet TBD. Small experimental batches have shown great promise at getting good control of what comes out.

Re: Comments on Livionex Dental Gel (Toothpaste)

We have seen 8mm pockets improve over a six month period. By laser surgery, do you mean LANAP (Laser-assisted new attachment procedure) or Laser ENAP (laser excisional new attachment procedure)? Our dental gel works great with LANAP. Haven't heard from any LENAP dentists.

If you look at Study 1, you will see a reduction in 4-6 mm pockets in a 4 week study. We had another 6 month set of unpublished observations where we saw improvements in 8mm pockets. The best way to use the gel in deep pocket situations may well be LANAP or SCRP followed by Livionex usage.

Do let us know how your wife's periodontal health changes.

I'm in the market for a couple more tubes. Is there a promotion/discount code I can use?

                      Thanks,
