I was just told by sales that a couple of people from itulip had notified them that there was a problem with the coupon code. The problem has been fixed. I also got marketing to extend the coupon expiry till the end of February. The coupon code once again is "ITULIP10" and the website is livionexdental

Thanks to the people who complained. Do let me know if there are any problems or issues.

Re: Comments on Livionex Dental Gel (Toothpaste)

I've been using it twice a day for a couple weeks now. I used to have a very small amount of bleeding after flossing, now none. And my gums look the same color as the inside of my lips, whereas they used to be a little darker red. But those changes are pretty subtle.

The thing I notice the most so far is my tongue. It used to have a lot of yellow buildup on it. Brushing it was only partially effective. I was surprised about a year ago when my dentist called it plaque. Well, of course, what else could it be? Dentist gave me a plastic "tongue scraper" which helped, but did not eliminate the problem. Now, after 2 weeks brushing with Livionex, I am no longer using the scraper because my tongue has very little buildup, and cleans easily with brushing.

I'm going to order enough to get me to my next cleaning, and see what the dentist notices (if anything), and if my cleaning goes quicker.

Thanks for the feedback. Yes the tongue coating is greatly reduced. Do tell your dentist and hygienist about it. The hygienist should have a much easier time while cleaning your teeth.

I would appreciate if those who have used the gel write a review at the website. Thanks

Hi Rajiv. I started using Livionex in December and switched to it 100% in January. Although I noticed the differences others have reported I decided not to self attest but wait until my 6 month hygienist cleaning and review by my dentist. I've been going to the same office for over five years. Plaque and tarter have been a problem for me and of course for my hygienist. I just left the office and I'm happy to report almost zero tarter build-up. The first two words out of my hygienist's mouth were wow and great! I have to tell you it was a much more pleasant experience and I'm sold on your product. Also my gums are in great shape which was not the case before. So my wife is going to start using it and my father-in-law. Also my dentist and hygienist took pictures of the tube and I showed them your web site.

To quote my dentist, "The doctor in me says let everyone know and the business person in me says keep it a secret. Luckily I'm a doctor first." That made me wonder if your plan to distribute through dental professionals is creating any pushback from the more business oriented dental offices?

Thanks again for posting here. It's offered a real benefit for me.

I just went in for my 6 month check-up and cleaning and same result as last time, very little plaque and gums in great shape. My youngest still has braces and her orthodontist had the same reaction to her lack of plaque build-up under her braces. What are you doing? iTulipers should check it out.

Then you're missing out. This stuff is absolutely amazing. It has made a huge improvement in my dental health. It actually dissolves built up tartar without using any harmful chemicals. A little goes a long way so a tube lasts a good long while.

                                Rajiv,

The positive feedback on your toothpaste from other iTulip'ers has intrigued me, and I checked out the information on your website. The efficacy appears to be impressive, and the mechanism very plausible.

You are also clearly aware that aggressive chelation can disrupt some biological systems. You seem to be minimizing total exposure with the use of a thixotropic gel, which is certainly a clever approach, and could well be sufficient to assuage possible safety concerns.

I do have a few questions before I try your product. Your website states:
Importantly, safety studies show that the low concentrations and amount of activated edathamil used in Livionex Dental Gel do not etch the dental enamel.

I thought I found most of the papers on your website easily enough, but I seem to have missed the safety studies publication(s). Could you provide a link to the one(s) that contain this data? Have there been any systemic studies at this point, or have the safety studies mostly focused on enamel health?

More generally, does edathamil chelate biological metals other than calcium? If yes, how does the Gibbs free energy of edathamil binding with calcium compare to that of it binding with other metals? Along the same vein, how does those Gibbs free energies compare with that of native biological chelators, such as hemoglobin, and toxins such as enterobactin?

In any event, thanks for sharing your information here. You certainly appear to have created a promising and interesting product!
