Well, as long as she is installed upon her paper throne before "The Great Collapse" Ben will escape public approbation (and the raging pitchfork waving mobs) and somewhat disappear into the musty recesses of academic history. Yellon will be remembered as the lady who destroyed the dollar. Somehow it just doesn't seem fair...but the judgement of history is often upside down, inside out, and seen through a glass darkly.

Whoa! Looking at that picture, Yellen looks like a carbon copy of my Mom before she died in 2000, even down to the way she combs her hair...Scary!

I will have to stop looking at the actual newspaper articles, and avoid all TV and Fed announcements.

Next I'll have nightmares about my Mom running the Fed, and she just loved racking up credit cards!

Well they are saying that she spotted the coming housing bubble in 2007 and has apparently made other pertinent calls. If she is so good at reading what is going on I am sure that she knows what she is heading into ;))
