The US isn't going to get 'isolated' in the sense of an economic blockade. What is going to happen - in no small part due to US government actions - is the free ride of the 3 pillars of US economic domination are going to get stripped back closer to what the US as a large economy enjoys.
This will be much like what happened to the UK with the loss of the Commonwealth: smaller and poorer than it once was.
Of course, the US is a large nation by any measurement. Nonetheless, perceptibly smaller and poorer than before.
