    I do not know much about the supreme court. Perhaps those with the logos are the ones who voted that corporations are people?

          They can't.

          Pollen doesn't stay where you put it. All the farmer needs for monsato to sue him is to be near a field planted with monsanto's product. You can't expect some farmer to win against a multinational in court. They will just run the poor guy out of money and win by default. Its way cheaper and safer just to buy seed from them. It's extortion but what can you do?
