Can you post some examples of what you're referring in your comment above?

Now she may do some good by breaking up some of the biggest banks, but there are questions about whether she'll try to lead the country away from free and fair markets.

Let me summarize the "evidence" you cited:

          - 25 years ago she wrote an amicus brief for an issue that happened to have a mining company on the same side (she did not represent them)
          - She claimed to have been of Native American heritage (which may be true, but she has no proof)
          - Bloomberg called her a "socialist"

And somehow that is supposed to support your claim that she is a socialist who is takes corporate money on the side. Whatever.

Re: Senator Warren Asks the Obvious, Verboten Questions

I cannot say that Bloomberg calling Warren a Communist constitutes a credible charge.

For one thing, Bloomberg is FIRE - and knows full well how someone anti-FIRE like Warren could hurt him.

Let's me see if I get this straight: Dr. Warren presents a brief which helps a coal mining company. And she's a Communist?

            Doesn't make sense to me.

Equally unclear is if she was paid or not. This would matter a lot - if she participated because she felt some important principle was at stake (bankruptcy), who benefits is pretty much irrelevant.

Please explain to me how being (or not being) claimed to be Native American makes Dr. Warren a communist or a hypocritical sucker-in of corporate money.

If these articles are what you base your opinions on - I strongly suggest you back away from the Fox side MSM. Fast.

              Well here's a couple more:

              http://legalinsurrection.com/2012/09...cense-problem/

              http://news.investors.com/ibd-editor...ist.htm?p=full

"Records show in 2009 she also defended insurance giant Traveler's against asbestos victims."

The above is a bit more recent than 25 years ago.

And practicing law without a license? And you quickly throw off someone using minority status for hiring when it has the look of total sham?

What happened to character? What happened to honestly? What happened to those on both ends of the political spectrum that soundly criticize the opposition political party's members shortcomings, while turning a blind eye to those transgressions of their own party?

In 1974 I publicly called out Richard Nixon as a crook very early in the investigation, while being a very young executive in an overwhelming Republican office. I wonder how many have the courage to do so today.

Well I never called her a communist.

The native American Indian sham is an example of Warren's lack of honestly, as is practicing law without license.

I don't have anytime to waste on Fox; I would hope others wouldn't waste time on MSNBC either. They are both proof of the bitter, useless division in this country, and of those that attack anyone who calls out dishonestly on both sides.

At least Scott Brown had integrity and would go against his party in favor of the all the people he represented.

Let's have some analysis by real lawyers with no skin in the game:

                  http://abovethelaw.com/2012/09/an-up...e-controversy/

Oh, ok. So she was at all times a licensed lawyer in one of the 50 states, and while in MA only (1) participated in federal cases or (2) participated as an of counsel. So she is in the clear.

You clearly despise her for some reason. But being a "fake" socialist taking bribe money rings completely hollow.

Re: Senator Warren Asks the Obvious, Verboten Questions

Such a way to twist words. Someone who says "you didn't build that" then takes money for legal work from corporations that "didn't build anything", and taking the opposite side of the citizens who were the victims, sort of looks two faced to me. Facts are such an inconvenient thing.

Someone throws out the code word communist when I simply used the "didn't build that' socialist code word, is also pretty weak.

It's sort of sad that someone with as many inconsistencies as Warren wins election to a high political office. Not asking for perfection, but Scott Brown was a fresh, honest look but didn't fit the new left swinging model.

I had personal experience with hard core leftists. As a Vista Volunteer in southern Maryland in 1971-72, we had three members of our group try to take it over with the aim of using it to radicalize the poor we were serving. Now none of us were conservative, mostly liberal with a couple of moderates. We helped the poor build their own houses, helped teens engage in healthy activities, and helped welfare mothers get full use of government programs. (Not calling anyone here a leftist; they do nothing to help the poor though)

I had the job of helping keep a nascent poor serving credit union revive itself, and keep the then banksters from charging 42% interest for small loans. I taught poor blacks with 8th grade educations learn how to run a loan committee and judge the creditworthiness of borrowers.

By the way, even though we were government employees we only received a poverty wage of $75 a month. We did get a small gas allowance because the county was 764 square miles. Not the $100K plus federal workers get for bureaucratic work. Per person we got more accomplished for the poor than any politician or current federal group of our size. Please don't try to paint me as a Fox News junkie.

Tossing words like "communist" and "bribes" that aren't there around tend to weaken your points. Oh, lastly I did build something, and full time employees get a fully paid for pension and health care.

Wonder if they're looking for leverage to close down "small" non-establishment banks. Have to see how this develops

Yup, plenty of imagry across all aspects of media emphasising the weakness of the individual. This will continue to increase as we continue to migrate toward complex adaptive social systems, where the individual is virtually subserviant to the system.
