      Commenters point out that while North Dakota has high employment growth, they also have high crime, and infrastructure way past capacity. The worry is that every boom has a bust and that North Dakota's future depends on the shale oil revolution.

      Perhaps there is some indirect way to short North Dakota based on the natural gas reverse bubble theory?
