  • Giving food to homeless people

Hmm, I gave food to homeless people tonight.
The Red Cross is giving food to people who have lost their homes after Sandy.
Is someone coming to arrest us?

Well, all of them were over 70, so I dont think they are going to suddenly shape up and become productive members of society.
Usually, Christmas eve is the worst for me. I go to some party and get drunk. Then I really start my crime spree. I go to some box lunch restaurant and order 50 meals and give them to homeless people around Shinjuku Station, and then I wind up on the train sobbing because I cannot really do anything to help them, and I wait for the police from Nevada or wherever to come arrest me. When I am really bad, I do this at random times during the year.

In some places, it is illegal to give food to homeless people.

Probably my greatest crime was when I gave 300 people food after the Kobe quake in 1995. I went to a park and gave the food away.
Maybe I should have asked each person for a cent, then I would not be the criminal that I am.

Do you know that in Singapore the law requires you to get a permit if you want to have a birthday party in a park?

                  Nuts
Well this one hits close to my home and I am amazed something like this goes on there or for that matter anywhere.

You think these guys would help out?
