Assuming that is really Marketwatch's site and not a spoof page, it's not a news story, but a PR release: "Contact: James N. Fiedler877-438-8766 http://spire-law.comSOURCE Spire Law Group, LLP
Copyright (C) 2012 PR Newswire. All rights reserved" Even for PR though, it seems unprofessionally written. The law firm's site also seems unprofessional. The whole thing may be some kind of spoof or scam or bait. If it is real, it's certainly hard to take them seriously. Nothing specific about it being a class-action suit as they seem to be implying or how to participate in the suit, which they would be doing if it were a real class action suit.

      Thanks doc

Now I wonder what Market Watch is worth putting crap (if it is) like this on their website. Obviously it is not free to do so and some checking must be done of those wanting to put things up on their site. Again, Thanks !!!
