I like the fact that they use the real debt to GDP figure of 104% instead of the CNBC crowd figure who like to try and deceive by saying that it is circa 75% as they exclude inter department debt.

IIRC this guys got a federal investigation after their last downgrade. I wonder what "Justice" has in store for them this time.
