    It's too bad you can include cuss words in newspaper articles.

    Describes almost every other development in China. What's the big deal? If the wall has holes, mend it. If it is a fire hazard, too bad, just make sure you don't use candles.

    We've seen buildings in Syria with entire walls blown apart with rebars sticking out but still people living in other parts of the building.
