Could this be a cue about QE3 ?

Follow my line of thought here:-
"They" decied to go "QE3"........but they don't want price spike just before the Election.........thus they get Morgan/Goldman to short Gold/Silver & flood the oil market with stock to put off price rises till after Novermber?
