Excuse the offtopic post, but some people on here may really appreciate this. If you never managed to get a nice gmail.com email username, here's your chance!
Microsoft just launched outlook.coma few hours ago, it's their attempt at doing email right (very similar to GMAIL). Microsoft will eventually decomission hotmail for this new outlook.com. It comes with 7GB "skydrive", Calendar and ability to import contacts from your Social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google).
