Sir James Goldsmith knew what he was talking about in 1994, which we can verify by what is happening today. It's next to impossible to warn people even if you know exactly what will happen tomorrow.

I hate to say it, but FIRE in the Western world slowed down the process Goldsmith warned about. Nonetheless, that global wage leveling process, with all its consequences, is still well underway. Without FIRE and deficit spending, what does the West really have?

In her interview with Max, Catherine sets the narrative for War. While I admit I seldom listen to the narratives designed to manage the public mind (ie. typically referred to as "news"), this is the first time I've heard someone frame the future in this manner. I suspect we'll start to hear this more often as it slowly creeps from fringe media sources to so-called mainstream sources.
