Zerohedge said that they will need to use the resources of the ESM. ESM has not been ratified by Germany yet. Most likely this will be passed like all the other bailout measures. I have a therory.........this Euro-banking crash has to a large degree been staged. I think the debt is being used to round up all of Europes GOLD. America has 5,000 tons........8,000 if they "Forget" to give other peoples back. Europe has 10,000 tons.......could it be an attempt to force the World back onto a Gold or part Gold standard before the $ collaspe?........An attempt to head off a China FIAT currancy?
