Twenty-first Century Londoners are to live, dine and shop inside the old abandoned Battersea power-station, that eye-sore set in an area of heavy industry, vacant lots, old warehouses, rail-yards, junk yards, loading cranes, loading docks, rail-roads and freeways; all of this to be in order that the Londoners might be more energy efficient and not affect the climate.......
