  • Jon D Markman quoting a derivatives guru - "It's just started ..."

Mostly review for us iTulipers, what's new is the type of person it's coming from.

It would be great if Satyajit Das does a Kosh [1] impersonation and we could get him to say

"and so it begins ..." for an iTulip interview

We'll add Satyajit Das to the interviewees list. We will always first and foremost save our affection for William Margrabe, the original derivatives industry renegade.

We earned an honorable spot in his Devil's Dictionary:
        7/28/00 sheeple
"n: a mass of investors comprised of individuals each of whom makes investment decisions based on the observed actions of the other members of the herd : sheep-like as a : one unable to make rational investment decisions based on
personal observations that lead to actions that contradict the actions of the herd b : uncritical of information inputs from those who seek to profit from them, such as financial services companies c : in for a big surprise"

Where art thou, William? Seriously, does anyone know what happened to Bill?
