There's a number of things in play here. Here's two:
Russia and China will have to draw a line somewhere, or concede a dollar zone in much , but not all,
of the world's energy providers. Is this the line?
Delays in the construction of the ME pipeline that will circumnavigate using the Straits of Hormuz. -

Let's not forget that it is election season. It's not like Obama will gain Republicans if he attacks Iran, but many liberals would stay home.Comment
