Oh Joy, let me tell you this will be a death blow to a lot of Buy 2 Let Landlords whom bought at near peek prices & will now see their income (from Welfare) clients Crash & Burn. Once forced sales get going the prices will (at last) fall like a rock.........they be up to their neck in negative equalty........then the banks will margin call them.............Bye Bye BMW, bye bye houses (inclunding their own).
