  • Its our currancy, but its your problem........(Is Europe getting some pay back for the 70's)

Sitting here in the flat in Southport, with the wind rushing about i been doing some thinking. Is Europe in any hurry to sort this out?

Euro is depressed helping exports, Germany has "Them" over a barrel. I can still recall John Connally nasty little remark..........can't help but think that the boot is on the other foot now.

Its the Anglo-saxons that are in DEEP Sh1t......if the banks in Europe go, then so does New York.

      Mega,

I hardly term the Euro at 1.335 to the USD as being 'depressed'.

I remember visiting Venice in 2006? - the euro at that time had hit 1.3 - and it was friggin' brutal, especially compared to when I visited Amsterdam in 2002 when the ratio was just about 1 to 1.
