The House price crash, at last its on:-
Nipped in to see Mum & Dad, yep the house for sale & To Let signs are everywhere. Most of these houses were let by Drug Dealers. Their mates owned the houses & cut a deal with them..............but it seems the local's were not too keen on having said scum in their area...........as the scum found out "You deal, we dial" (The Police).
Thus with a lot of emputy houses prices are now falling fast, very soon it will be one HELL of a lot cheaper to buy than rent.......& you own the home at the end of the day!
A contact in the Travel bussiness tells me that its in free fall. Expect a vast number of firms to go bust. With them you can expect large numbers Hotels/cafes etc going with them.

I know its not nice & i shouldn't take delight in this, but for 30 years i had to watch manufactoring/Blue collor jobs get KILLED. I watched dumb ass's walking about thinking they were "Middle class" because they were able to borrow more & more money to "Sub" their poor "middle class" wages.
Said Dumbf*cks then went to their BWM dealership to lease-hire a 3 or 5 series. They had after all "Made it". No Dumb ass, you borrowed a shed full of money that you will NEVER be able to repay to live in a "Middleclass fools para-dice".
Enjoy your "White Collar" because you going to watch Blue Collar (Skilled) workers piss all over you wages wise in the next few years!
