It's hard to tell. Commodities - oil excepted - have been trending downward. But what does a trend mean, especially in the short term? I wouldn't bet my life savings on this report, that's for sure.

Commodities can correct another 20-30%.

Commodities are not/have not changed at all recently. Commodities are measured in American dollars. There is a flight to safety from Euros to Dollars, which are perceived as less risky. That causes the dollar to rise, and everything measured in dollars appears to decrease in value.
