    This could be a very effective metric for a country's degree corruption of governance / size of the revolving door between governance and financial corporations (with the results of decriminalization of fraudulent acts, non-enforcement of laws and/or de-enforcement of regulational supervision).

    The only data missing for that metric is the amount of perpetrated financial frauds. Maybe a proxy for that could be the number of complaints of financial fraud filed with regulators and/or with the DoJ?
