    Online dealers for numismatic coins?

    A friend of mine recently inherited a rather oddball collection of gold coins. He asked me if he should sell them. I said, "Probably, and then use the cash to buy one-ounce coins that you can easily sell when you think gold is peaking."

    Any recommendations for online dealers who would evaluate a lot of 20 different coins and offer a reasonable price?

    APMEX or Gainesville Coin. I would think a local shop would be a better option though.

      I've purchased from USA Gold before for my first couple of toe dips into gold around 2004-2005; I assume they will also buy.
