Wilbur Ross is targettng XCO, a natural gas producer. Any thoughts on this? Natural gas has so far been fool's gold, but I wonder if it may turn into real gold in the distant future?

Billionaire turnaround financier Wilbur Ross believes natural gas prices will rise in a few years.
That's why he bought a 7.5 percent stake in Dallas natural gas producer Exco Resources.
"We believe that natural gas has an important role in helping the U.S. to become energy self-sufficient," Ross said in an email during the weekend. "We also believe that within a few years the current glut of gas will be cured by increased domestic demand and by exports of LNG," or liquified natural gas.
