      I think you mean Merkel.

And it isn't clear Merkel is going to be able to hold out.

Thanks, I needed a laugh today and the good news, especially after all these events:

        Today's market highlights:
        1) Owebama wants to cut spending by 3.5 Trillion...by 2017
        2) ...and increase tax on rich by 1.5 Trillion... but will fail to do so.
        3) S&P downgrades Italy.
        4) China ends stimulus (for now).
        5) China pulls the rug under the EU and will not keep bailing them out
        6) Former IMF chief "Everyone must accept losses on Greece" aka: Greece is on the verge of default.
        7) Troika and Greece in crisis meeting, Greece to have a referendum to decide whether to stay in EU or exit.
        8) Dutch gov asks its central bank: Where's our gold!??.
        9) Panic exit in the billions out of French banks by large EU corporations due to likely Greece contagion.
        10) NYSE induces 'rule 48' (delay stock market opening due to high risk of panic selling), markets eventually open -2.5% anyway.
        Warning: Network Engineer talking economics!
