A bit ironic that Bernanke et al are in Jackson now where there is located the Silver Dollar Bar (link above) with 2,032 uncirculated 1921 Morgan Silver Dollars inlayed in the bar. That silver had a dollar value of about 8k 10 years ago and now the dollar has lost so much value to the point that it takes more than 70,000 fiat dollars to cover those same 2,032 silver dollars.
