  • Mega confussed

Not a good day, my Dog Tara is not well.....she has a Brain disorder which means she get very distressed because she can't remember who i am. She runs about desprite to find her "real" owner (am not her 1st, i got her from a RSPCA when she was 2).

The Vet has given me some tablets for her & they seem to have helped by upping the Blood flow to her brain, but i know this is her last summer.

But Tara is not the only one whom is having a hard time with thinking:-

So, we got into this mess by massivly over leveraged borrowing, so the "answer" is to do more of the same?

So sorry to hear about your pup. In a just world it would be the banksters who suffered, not the goggies.

Be kinder than necessary because everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.

      Yes sorry here too.

But the report is right on the button; to create new jobs requires at least three times the wages paid as income from the product sold which in turn means; without local prosperity to enable people to buy the product; no new jobs.

      When will the penny drop?

        Mega,

I too am so sorry about Tara. I love animals and in my 68 years have had many that died or I had to put down. I know that they are your close friend and like one of the family.

Thanks, but it turns out to be a Classic Example of a document produced by someone that has access to a large paper size printer and unlimited supplies of ink. Gave no thought to those of us with limited supplies of both. Argh!!!

Reading your post about Tara reminded me of a post on the Hyperbole and a Half blog called Wild Animal: Simple dog goes for a joy ride.

Sorry about that! I admit it took me a great deal of fiddling about with scrollbars and zoom factors to read on my laptop screen.
Fascinating stuff though, even if depressing.

Sorry about your dog, Mike. We lost ours last year - she died at home in the middle of the night, heart failure. She was only 6. It was quite a blow. Friends, dog people of course - they know what they're talking about - said at least she died with her pack. It's some consolation. Enjoy her to the end.

Truly sorry for the cold days of winter approaching, then. Two weeks ago I lost my coyote mutt after a 17 year run...and was grateful for the time, making a point that since there were obviously few days left, that every day would be particularly about my mutt. It helped.

I hope that Tara can be reminded of you everyday, and begin to feel safe with you despite the confusion, simply by the attention that you give her. It will help you, even if it doesn't always seem to help her.

As far as I can see, they are bewitched by the big lie...that what they want will be provided them, no matter what, and that more borrowing will be just fine. Unfortunately, when they find out how wrong they were, somehow it will be everyone else's fault.

Batten down the hatches...the storm will be vicious.

Should not your signature at the end read:

You get what you pay for ... you just don't always know... at the end of the day... what the price will be....

Great idea...unfortunately too many letters to fit in signature. Sigh.
