    Dear EJ,

I believe within 48 hrs of your interview, one aspect is already panning out.

This particular case is truly egregious. 3 very young boys murdered and 3 teenagers railroaded. That's why it has gotten so much publicity. There was never any physical evidence linking the Memphis 3 to the murder of the boys.

In fact, the DNA evidence links the murder to a step-father of one of the boys acc to a 48 Hour type investigative program one of the major networks did. The mother of one of the murdered boys was interviewed and she said she had divorced the guy and now believed that the Memphis 3 are innocent.

There is NO WAY the District Attorney and the state of Tennesee would release them if they seriously thought these guys were guilty of murdering 3 children. The convoluted plea bagain is a way for the DA's office to save face.
