Re: Would anyone like to buy a new ish MOX plant?
Might I send Greenpeace and The Friends of the Earth my utility bills to pay? After all, they proclaim to have all of the answers with their stupid green energy solutions, so let them keep my lights on, heat my house, cook my food, wash my clothes, and pay my utility bills.
We either build atomic power plants, build hydro-electric dams, develop oil and gas reserves, and let cities grow OUTWARD, or we starve. It really is a question of changing the entire agenda of politics in the world away from extreme environmentalism, and toward to goal of reducing the cost of living and making cities affordable for people to live in again.... This is going to be the political and economic battle of our time.

The UK govt has plans to build new reactors at Sellafield and 7 other sites, to go on-line in 2025. Apparently these plans are going ahead in spite of Fukushima.
