Criminal behavior is associated with low IQ. Unplanned pregnancy and sexual promiscuity are also associated with low IQ.

That's a nice, comfortable, and convenient statement.

Especially given that the vast majority of losses due to crime these days aren't from burglary, armed robbery, or theft but rather embezzlement, fraud, perjury, abrogation of fiduciary duty, etc etc.

Surely all them banksters be just dummies.

A large part, just as the ongoing collapse of the FIRE Economy will have a huge impact on both an increase in criminality and the expression of criminality in actual crimes committed due to declining incarceration rates.

The decay began with the collapse of the Hi Tech Economy that caused the closure of hundreds of Maquila companies, not just in Juarez, but also in Tijuana, Mexicali, Nogales, Acuņa, Reynosa, Nuevo Laredo, Matamoros...
