    iirc the superdome was the site of great deal of horror in the aftermath of katrina, with many thousands taking refuge with no supplies, no sewage outlet, and no law and/or order.

      That it was. I am assuming FEMA took the $156 million out of their trailer budget. "Hell of a job, Brownie" ;-)
