I kept an eye on this since 2001 when the Bush boys had President Nazarbayev in Houston wining and dining him. His web site http://en.government.kz/ used to give you a idea as to what was going on but that’s all very censored now.

Hey Jim get ready to buy?,,,,,,I guess the window would be to purchase commodities over the next few months and before Pimco’s Gross talks Paulson into bailout printing.

If I'm the "Jim," then I am thinking next spring.

All those dollar bills stashed in the mattress should help ward off the cold through this winter then? ;)

Re: Market Outlook: More From The Fed

I read and respect both Schiff and EJ's comments. Can someone tell me the key areas where they differ? Haven't they both been correct so far in regards to their predictions? I find Schiff briefer and more to the point sometimes, which I prefer. But saying that, I realize EJ goes into a lot more detail and for those with the time and education to understand it all, is probably better.

I just don't see why one could possibly knock Schiff on his record so far. And I'm also one who doesn't consider speaking the cold hard facts being a doomsdayer. The facts are the facts.

                flintlock,

One difference between Schiff and EJ:

EJ does not make money selling stock picks to clients.

While Mega has been happy, there are others (RickBishop) who were quite not happy.

By EJ not directly profiting - my personal view is there is much less conflict of interest and much more congruence of truth.
