That is huge Shiny. An unimaginable loss. I am so sorry.

I was lucky enough to have a few great teachers in my early years, one of whom, Mr. Morden, died tragically young several years after I had left the school. I think of him often: he had a huge positive influence on my life.

I am sure that your husband is in many, many people's thoughts and I'm really glad you shared your grief with us here for whatever small comfort we can offer.

My condolences. Loss of a great soul is extremely hard... but let us be thankful that you and he shared a wonderful life. My dad passed a more than a dozen years ago -and it affected my Mom tremendously and left us shorn of the most important rudder of our family and the anchor of her life.

Even to this day -he haunts our memories and causes a disquiet even in 'happy' moments - .. after all this time. The impact of a wonderful human being is felt for decades -my poor Mom still lives in silent grief and a loneliness that can never be succored by her children or possessions; they are a pale shade of cold light compared to the loss of her most perfect companion.
