Re: China ready to go to WAR!

Well India has always been a shell game -the Nehru family (now known as Gandhi) have been propped up by the West for a long time. It is a very important lesson in my view -to never let Oxford/Harvard/Yale- in the mid-east its Sandhurst/School of America's etc (more Military elitism -generally from the air-force) educated people take the pinnacle of power. They never seem to leave -Sonia Gandhi being the power in India must be particularly galling to a lot of indians I am sure.

Nepal -is definitely the only country to throw off this grip.

Anyway -if anyone goes to China and then to India -they will see the only thing China has to fear is a mass indian migration to China. Bangladesh/Pakistan are such a mess -that no one would dare declare war on them for the terrifying prospect of actually having to manage them!

Anywaay-overblown article -more psyops than real news imo.

Re: China ready to go to WAR!

      This just in via e-mail:-
There's a theory doing the rounds of the Internet that those "empty" cities in deep inland China are war preparations; to move the ENTIRE Chinese population out of the present cities and put them in the "empty" cities, far from any conflict.

I don't know if this is true or not but it sure fits a whole lot of the facts, Mega.

Somebody else said this, but let me paraphrase: "Don't attribute to cold malevolence what can be explained by simple incompetance."

          From the linked article ....
We cannot completely blame the US, as flies do not stare at seamless eggs.
Does anybody have an idea what flies not staring at seamless eggs means?

The Chinese had always been indianphobic.

A very good analysis. I'm really amazed some people honestly believe that there is any country on earth that would wage war simply to exterminate a whole country. The cold war rhetoric still resonates to this day sadly. It's so true, invading Pakistan or Bangladesh would be an absolute nightmare on every level. You'd need a huge army. Anti-partisan warfare would be costly. It would take years of occupation to change things.

Or maybe this is a side issue of American style multiculturalism that pegs all Asians as being in the same boat.

I think this is very worthy news. The way I read it, China is asserting their own kind of "Monroe Doctrine" that applies to Asia. They want to maintain a sphere of influence in Asia with trade that is no longer denominated in US Dollars.

Look at it in context with the Japanese/Chinese/ rare earths fishing boat incident. South China Sea naval exercises, India's use of the dollar for trade, and US strong-arming them...etc...

China is saying to the US - this is our backyard now. We're a regional, and increasingly, a global power. You don't own the place anymore.

I've always said that China is already a superpower.

The Chinese culture is one of the strongest in the world, if not the strongest because it is not built on religion or even the geographic location but on the race itself. At the same time, it is also one of the most racist culture in the world because you can't become a Chinese - you are born with it. This is unlike Christianity or Judaism or Islam where you can become one of them by adopting the religion or even the language.

Please explain, I have no idea what you are hinting at.

I'm viewing this in geopolitical terms. Examples of what I wrote above exist in just about every century, on every continent, regardless of culture.
