In the last 48 hours here in Blighty the press has woken up to the fact that house prices are INSANE & a house price crash is now a coming. Also they sussed that building an econermy on House flipping & Buy to let & ripping house prices & the "home ATM" is not quite in the same standard as say, saving & production!!!!

There must have been a monment on the Titanic when everyone sensed the ship listing & sussed it WAS going to sink..........we have just had the monment here in Blighty.

yeah.. we had our 'moment' over here last november, as the DC aristocracy re-arranged their deckchairs so to be close to the rail when their pals in NY get their 275foot lifeboats ready for their cruise to the caymans.

from the sounds of things in lower manhattan, would say john paulson inviting greenspan to chatup gold must mean they're getting ready to cast off the lines and head south (before the next global-warming BLIZZARD hits the big apple)
