The idea dumbf*cks is that you get BMW/Aud/Merc up your driveway by building a productive bussiness............not flipping houses or Buy to let.....

Now that things are changing, the boot is on the other foot & you can no long go de bank for a Mega loan via your home ATM......now you have to live in the REAL world were your out going must match your income.....perhaps a small diesel that does +60 MPG might be answer?
