This video is total B.S.
The Telegraph's sensationalist style seems more like a Fox News wannabe for the print media than a credible news provider. While North Korea's nuisance value remains laughable; the economic mess of a potential fallout is what the so called creditor nations (Asian Tigers) must factor in & fear the most.

Before any major war occurs, China may put a more cooperative person into power. Kim's oldest son is a good candidate.

In the Renaissance period, pudgy people are considered attractive. You will notice that almost all Renaissance paintings depict pudgy pple, especially for the women.
Similar to the Renaissance, in North Korea, there are no family cars, not even bicycles, everyone walks 5-10 miles a day.

Within mainstream news, there exists a quality scale which generally varies across countries.

Unless you live in a country that actively censors news, you don't really know real censorship.

Re: Video shows North Korea on the verge of collapse?
Personally, I don't see North Korea collapsing in the short-to-medium term.
The reasons for this are:
It is in NO ONES best interest for North Korea to collapse....bar the North Korean people, but they don't get a vote/voice in the decision.
China doesn't want a failed state on it's border with millions of North Koreans desperate to flee the extreme poverty and extend China's own looming domestic employment and security problems.
South Korea doesn't want to pay for it......how much treasure has it cost Germany to move East Germany up from a 2nd world level to a poor 1st, wealthy 2nd/ world level 20+ years onward with the job perpetually incomplete? Multiply that by 10 and you MIGHT see North Korea match Albania 2010 by 2050.
US/Japan don't want the security/economic cost associated with the conflict/cleanup that would be measured in the trillions.
The rest of the world doesn't want the economic disruption a conflict/collapse on the Korean Peninsula would entail.
North Korea is a geopolitical "extend and pretend" that has existed since the early 1990's.
It's extortion and bribery much like the Sopranos, but they now have nuclear weapons and a sovereign state...and their understand the global economic environment is quite fragile....so their threat to pee in the punchbowl so to speak is potentially quite damaging...albeit with a "suicide by cop" endstate.
This is the part that is probably underanalysed.......if the US and the rest of the wealthy west were NOT in such a dire economic/financial state the leverage North Korea(and other problem states) has over us would be considerably less.
This is the part that should be receiving better coverage(but obviously will not), and why I think a valid argument could be made that the FIRE special interests have damaged our national security by so seriously damaging our economy to the point of sedition/treason. We are more vulnerable(if not physically, then economically, financially, politically) to geopolitical extortion from the likes of North Korea.
Just my 0.02c

Well, they don't need to do that for much longer once they got the nukes ready for exports.
