Both Cramer and Ben Stein know the secret to success in the Mass Media World is tell the People what they ALL READY Know. You can't tell the Public that the value of their Home will be decreasing in the future - the Folks will HATE you and tune you out.

Once the folks have decide their house will be going down in Value - then you can speak up and say things look bad.

I dislike Cramer - but, he knows how to surf the Manias of our world.

I watch Cramer 4-5 nights a week. I think it's very entertaining. I presume this was the first segment from his show last night, where he did the worst case scenario that he doesn't really believe will happen.

He made fun of it the rest of the show.
