There's some folks here that seem a bit confident about the direction of RE in Vancouver. I feel like I have a pretty good handle on the situation.
I invite you to place small wagers (note small) on whether you think RE in Vancouver will crash by 2013 or not. If you're having trouble getting funds in, you can paypal me some ($10 is probably a good range) and I'll transfer it back to you on the site.
Also, note that I suggest only betting small amounts. One or two contracts is fine (a contract yields 10 or 0 dollars).
It'd be great to see if we can use the collective intelligence of iTulip to predict the probability of a crash in Vancouver RE.
