Facts:-
Its pissing out @ 50,000 barrels a day! (at lest)
Its starting to come ashore in larger amounts
The "agent Orange" being sprayed is nasty stuff & will lead to toxic rain.

Given the sad fact that the spill happened and continues, it's not clear to me if a hurricane would help or hurt.
There is kernal of truth in the old saw that "the solution to pollution is dillution."
Perhaps stirring the waters and throwing some of the material onto land would be a lesser evil.
