I posted this last week on another forum:

    Da Bear Rant

This is a Rant, this is only a Rant. This a Rant of the Da Bear Emergency Broadcasting System. This is only a Rant...

The key thing in getting your point across is to tell them, to remind them what you just told them, then finally, to tell them again. This Rant is a reminder. The FREE BONUS July issue of Da Bear Report goes on SALE (here on the big board, for FREE) in the next couple of weeks. Three of the big words for selling, that the retail sucker public loves to hear are FREE, BONUS, and SALE. so did i mention that the upcoming Da Bear Report will be FREE?

Today is the 18th of June. EWI is having its special Phi day today. 6-18 equals .618. clever. The stock market went up basically for several weeks and then declined suddenly, and now is trying to make its way back up. so, of course, now would be a perfect time for Prechter to put out a Theorist on cars! Laughing

He didn't do that, but he had great commentary on global warming. i even read some of it. He also stated that the "stock panics" were blamed on inflation. supposedly, inflation is out of control. but then why did gold and silver get beaten up? maybe there is a deflation scare out there.

Stocks today are down some, with the Dow, Nasdaq (the stock market for the next hundred years ten years ago.) and the S&P 500. Gold and silver not really going anywhere today. And why should gold and silver want to go somewhere? It's hot, gas is expensive as shit, roads are crowded with SUV's driven by manic-depressive retail sucker public, airport security is a real bitch with Homeland Security (fighting the war of terror since 2000!) reaching out and touching someone. Besides, gold and silver is money. so its got cash. plenty of money. indeed, old money. so they never have to work or travel. just sitting by the pool for them.

Gold is still holding above $650, and is approaching the $666 level. and you had any doubts that the gold price manipulators weren't Satanic?
as i have stated before, if gold stays above $650 it is gold for the yellow metal. if not, it is bad. I still see the possibility of a fifth wave for gold from here, following its long sideways correction. silver would probaby just do whatever gold does.

and to the dollar. dollar held 81, it is down a little today but is still above that. so the buck is acting better. a short term bull in cash is underway. ...to bad no one has any...

My Police State Stock is still Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. it acted totally inverse to stocks in the last bear, and subsequent bull, and i thought in earlier Reports that it may have been trying to find a bottom. Well it could have. KKD had some nice days last week, and is hanging in there today, up one penny earlier.

KKD daily quote from bigcharts.com: http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/qui...mb=kkd&x=0&y=0

In a police state, doughnuts are legal tender...

The Dow has been looking toppy, several gurus have been looking for tops and putting out sell recommendations. Robert McHugh noticed a Hindenburg Omen, which means that there are lots of daily highs and lots of daily lows. the strong commitment and strong conviction are signs of a market running out of steam.

A 75 year bottom to top for the Dow is still possible. a top for that pattern would be july 6 or so. also close to a 7-7-7 potential false flag attack date. this could be a biggie attack. so being out of stocks would be a good idea from a fundamental-technical-conspiratorial perspective. Buy when there's blood on the floor, buy defense stocks before there is blood on the floor.

Housing is down. More on that next time.

Oil is going up, but gas prices at the pump are going down. could be a bearish divergence. or it could be the Invisible Hand in action. The Invisible Hand of the Invisible Home Buyer with the Invisible Job and Invisible Bank Account reaches into his Invisible Deep Pockets and finds Invisible Cash.
