          LOL!!!!!!

His kind all over the Gulf Coast will be drooling at the opportunities to come. There will be some fortunes to be made out of all this. Daniel is going to be a very busy man for a very long time to come!

One may even see a vast internal migration of Tort lawyers from California to New York moving South for the marvellous warm weather.

America is a really bizarre country to us poor foreigners.

Hayek: Does that look to you like a CD case, the out-of-place item to his right. I wonder if he never leaves home without his for-Dan's-eyes-only files

An older friend of mine used the term "white shoe outfit" a while back. I had to ask him to explain. Not anymore.....

Yes we call them "the white shoe brigade" 0r "land based White Pointer Sharks" because when there is a whiff of blood they turn up to maul whatever is struggling.

While Asia turns out thousands of Chemists and Engineers, we manufacture these parasites by the thousands.
America has a long, hard road ahead.

He must be from one of those old line WASP white shoe New York law firms.

Priceless! Tort lawyers are the worst of the lot among the world's second oldest profession.

                          Here's a funny quote:

Mr. Smith, who had flown his private plane from his home in New Orleans for the event, called the continuing gusher under the gulf “a disaster on the installment plan.”
Even the best paid partners in top London law firms don't have this kind of money. Amazing.

tthere is nothing worse than a hungry and self-righteous tort lawyer in the deep South ffunded by politicians and environmentalist zealots.
