A concise bullish argument on China and Oil

Found this on my local stock picking game. The person was giving an outperform call on CEO (China oil company)

China+Regulation= bear

China+Oil= "gravy"

Gravy>bear

I think I've proved my case

As a value investor, I'm not "in" on CEO yet, but I just found this somewhat amusing and pertinent to the current itulip discussion.
