There is a way Brown could help. The Greeks can just watch what he does and do the opposite. Buy what Brown is selling and sell what he is buying. They'll have enough money in two quarters to pay off their bonds. In a couple of years they should be in the position to lend him some. On second thought they might want to think twice about that since their chances of getting paid back will have diminished considerably by that time.Originally posted by Mega View Post
Perhaps some sort of exchange program could where you send the Greeks some cheap labour. They might even be able to send a few tuppence home to old blighty every odd month. -

I read some rumors the banks are long Euro and mutual funds short. If it rallies hard in a couple weeks, someone could be covering their shorts...
