MY view is that stocks are about to roll over in to more seasonal boring sideways to down markets, this will see contagion selling in hard assets as current levels, plus the further strength of the $USD will limit rallies on hard assets.
NOTE: The CDS interest rates traders will attack Portugal CDS interest rate swaps next, then Spains, Italy, Ireland. Plenty of room for EURO to fall, USD dollar supported.
