Newb question: access "Actionable Hedging Strategies" forum?

Hi,

Apologies in advance if this isn't the right place to post a tech/support question, but it looked like the most appropriate place.

I was wondering what the requirements were to access the aforementioned forum? I am a registered user, but I get a second login screen when I try to access it, and my forum password is not accepted.

Is there another tier of membership or some sort of membership fee? If yes, could anyone advise where could I get additional information?

I'm new too and also cannot access that forum. The consistent response is that my password is "incorrect."
