    The Breaking Point

As always, Eric Kraus provides his readers with a uniquely intelligent analysis (http://nikitskyfund.com/content/blogsection/4/37/) on geopolitics, the world financial markets and Russian financial markets. The newsletter is not politically correct, but neither is the truth… A must read!

      ostap,
I just wanted to say thanks for the link. I have some money in Russia and, as the author notes, it is difficult to find informed, nonbiased commentary on Russia in the Western media. I was not familiar with Kraus and I probably would not have discovered this source had you not provided it. So thanks again.

Russia and China are trying to do just the opposite, they are doing everything they can to make the d0llar stronger. Between the two of them they hold almost $2 trillion, so it's in their best interest to make this asset worth more not less. Everything Russia and China does proves this to be the case. Paying off most of the world's d0llar based loans from the IMF being case in point. Russia is opening up their own electronic exchange for oil in a month or two, what happens to the price of crude when you can purchase your oil from multiple exchanges, using multiple currencies? When the d0llar buys more oil that by definition is a stronger d0llar. Russia and China kill the Anglo Empire by making the d0llar stronger, that's the gameplan.

But if they kicked the legs away from the $ they induce Hyper inflation, thus America would crash.............same thing, they can trade off most of the $ they have and laugh about the rest.
