watching one or two outstanding athletes for their individual performance is not, in my observation, what most people get most worked up about. they root for teams. they root for laundry.

Our points of view on this are different jk. People root for greatness and when they observe it, it helps people dream. These are structured environments where some people excel. You may be focused on the machine that is professional and collegiate sports. That's a much different discussion. The people that make sport great amaze me every day. I've been reminded of this again as "March Madness" has again begun. The machine of sports is the key driver but the people performing within this venue give us a glimpse of what we might do if we worked that hard at our given profession.

I enjoy it and appreciate the environment this sports machine offers for both the players and the viewers.
